Active pale golden body with a thick white collar and sudsy islands and lacing. Robust yeast, wildflower, honey, brett, lemon zest, and whole wheat bread hints in the finish. Honey is sweet and prevalent, shaping the yeast, brett, flowers, tart lemon juice, and sharp lime and kiwi finish. Not as robust as it smells, generally tart and has a defining bright sweetness.
