This is easily the best afterthought saison that I have ever had.

Absolutely incredible beer. Bubbly golden body with a tight bubble white head. Smell is a thing of beauty: gin, oak, lemon, lime, grapefruit pith, various botanicals including kisses of pine and bitter berries, and peach. Impeccable balance of all aromas. Taste shares this balance, with the gin being omnipresent yet tamed in a soft and flavorful way. Add flavors of hibiscus, flowers, soft melon rind, some musty funk, and dry earth. Bright, full, so smooth and enmeshed with a brett tart punch on the finish. Again balance yet complex cannot be stressed enough. Bravo!
