Cloudy bright yellow body with a finger of white foam. Get the gin with tons of citrus, peach, and light oak in the nose. Taste follows the nose but adds wild yeast, a juicy general tropical note, very light funk, light grass and flowers. Really bright and pleasant, sour but not acidic, easy drinking, starts wet and finishes dry. Best in the BDP series in a while
