Cloudy gold with white bubble islands and collar, spotted lacing rare. Aromas of oak, ready funk, acidic lemon, melon rind, flowers, white pepper and dry yeast. Taste has tremendous depth of the oak, floral yeast really sings on the palate, lemon juice, orange zest, light peach yogurt, and minerals, all culminate before a dry barrel funk finish. Feel is very bright, starts wet but the finish is dry with touches of yeast, playfully tart and funky.
