Blend of Saison Meer: Buckwheat and Rafters. Earthy, slightly-nutty notes from the buckwheat alongside a rustic edge from the aged hops used in Rafters.

Mostly clear golden body with a thin white head. Rustic grains with lemon pith, light oak, funk and minerals in the nose. Oak use in the taste is so smart in how the lighter presence lifts up the lemon pith and hay tones without sacrificing any of the rustic earth with minerals, buckwheat, grains, and wild yeast. Finish could be drier and funkier, so it serves as a lighter and cleaner version of a beer with this rustic flavor profile.
