Hoppy ale brewed with Callista and Galaxy hops and fermented with a Lithuanian farmhouse yeast strain. Dry hopped with Callista and Galaxy.

Crystal clear gold with a white head and periodic lacing. Barrel must, bretty funk, lemon zest, orange peel, in a dry but full nose. Taste is more fruit with lemon juice and orange, with a touch of star fruit and lychee, then the funk and must kick in with a yeasty and slightly hopped bitter finish that really slaps. Dry, smooth, light and bright, sometimes the simpler is best, liked it way more than expected. Enjoy this on a late summer evening
