Mixed fermentation saison with Michigan Copper and Mosaic hops, fermented in the barrel that previously held Batch #200. Notes of red fruit with lingering raspberry.

There was a nice sweetness with a definite raspberry taste to it. The hops mixed really well with this one and the Mosaic hoppiness was really noticeable.

Clear bubbly gold, pearl white cap. Smell has huge oak serving up aromas of lemon, raspberry, red currant, pickle, honey, boozy flower petals and a cutting musty funk. Taste is still oaky but in a dark tone, lemon, raspberry, juniper berry, red currant, earthy mineral, honey, flowers, hay, basement must and slight earthy hop bitters on the very end, round out a complex and sneaky heavy flavor profile. Bright in general, heavy in the middle of sips before drying out and lightening up. Weird but fun
