Clear golden pour with a pearl white cap, visible light amounts of carbonation. Oak tartness lead both smell and taste. The nose has accenting floral, lemon, mild barnyard and stronger barrel funk, with some minerality. Taste was more focused on the oak, lemon more juicy and acidic, funks are subdued, minerals, flowers, and yeast all light. Starts wet but by the end is decently dry, tarter for AT, acidity is cumulative. Good but not as complex or artful as some of their other work
