Saison brewed with Indiana blue corn from our friends at Sugar Creek Malt alongside aged Nugget leaf hops from Hallowed Hops. Fermented with our house culture in a neutral oak barrel.

Somewhat cloudy golden active body with two fingers of white head. Didn't really get any corn in the nose, but did get plenty of oak, flowers, honey, light funk, wild yeast, and lemon juice. Taste does have that sweet grain and corn flavor in the middle of the lemon and oak, yeast, flower petals, and slight grass finish, funk lingers. Feel is bright, sneaky juicy, oak laden, clean, and playfully tart. Good saison with fun ingredients
