Murky bright gold with noticeable carbonation and a bubble ring. Tart oak, lemon, paw paw, nectarine, yuzu, and floweral funk in the nose. Very bright and sunny in complexion. Taste follow this path, starts tart and oaky before sliding into a slightly funky and fruit juice finish with floral and grassy accents. Very easy drinking, very bright, yeasty as it warms but it accents the funk more, oak forward for sure. Not as good as the orignal paw paw, but pretty tasty on a hot summer day
