Effervescent golden appearance with a finger of white bubbles. Smell is laced with the strawberry and kiwi, seriously huge, with some faint white wine, flowers, and decent oak behind. Taste is more a strawberry kiwi sour with white vinous, oak, and wild funk accents. Flowers, rhubarb, and peach linger as well. Powerfully tart, pretty acidic too, higher carbonation with a snappy finish with some vinous tones to elevate. So fun, powerful enough to stand up to all seasons, but I would prefer in early summer
