Clear effervescent gold body, lacy white cap and some spotted lacing on the glass as you go. Gentle but well represented funk with oak and yuzu starring in the delicate nose, mild flowers, lemon zest, and vinous notes support. First impressions of the taste is a lot of white wine and yuzu, but as I begin to sip more oak, pressed flowers, lemon curd, dry yeasty funk, and white grape emerge. Yeast not as robust in impact as others in the series but plenty expressive. Feel is bright, light, somewhat vinous, but really doesn't have a wild, funky or sour anchor, carbonation is a touch high. Despite this achilles heel it is a cheerful brew. Enjoy when you need a bright one
