Blend of versions of Amer: Galaxy that were aged in the barrel that held Batch #200 and Secondary Extraction. It still managed to pick up a bit of raspberry character from the barrel, though not too much. We then transferred that beer to a sealed container with blood orange puree and more Galaxy hops before packaging.

Bright jewel-tone gold, plenty of foam at first which dwindles after a few minutes. No lacing, surface skim ebbs away to a still glassy surface.
Aroma bursting with tropical fruit, passionfruit, guava, eucalyptus.
Taste has more blood orange citrus that melds with the tropical Galaxy character, more juicy passionfruit, dry oak in the finish. Crisp and effervescent, though the carb ebbs after half hour or so. Excellent and enjoyable.

Murky sunny golden pour with a white collar. A lot going on in the nose, took a bunch of sniffs to process it all as I went: blood orange with accenting peach, raspberry, grapefruit, lime, with hints of passion fruit and lemon, sour and bright oak backs well. Taste is much the same, but kinds of mashes together, a juicy fruit of a saison if you will. Super fun, but depth is limited without funk or botanicals partners. Feel reflects the juiciness of the fruit too, oak is omnipresent, wet for AT saisons, very bright and refreshing with light tartness and acidity. This one was out there, fun!
