This is a batch of Tradition fermented in a barrel right after Rafters and it picked up some of that beer's funky/leafy notes, so we added it to the name. After it came out of the barrel, we dry-hopped it with a bit of Saphir.

Golden body with a white head and sheets of lazy lacing. The nose on this one is incredible: huge funk with touches of barrel and brett accenting it specifically, oak, big citrus and tangerine, all while having the patented AT wild yeast in the background. Taste adds more of a brett to the funk, oak is smaller but citrus still potent, especially orange and grapefruit, with some leafiness on the finish. Feel is very dry by the finish as the lasting impression, otherwise funky, decently sour, bright and delicate. More rafters and tradition please AT!
