Murky straw gold with a tight white head, lazy lacing. Enhanced crusty and hearty bread lead the nose with wild bretty funk, lemon zest, flowers, hay, and general citrus spiced hops. Taste really lets the yeast shine, reminds me a little of kveik yeast, more robust but fits great in the bright and artful afterthought mold. Hops are present on the finish, but not in an overly bitter way, more zesty. Feel is chewy, bretty, and yeasty, very hearty for afterthought yet still has a sour kiss on the finish.
