Murky goldenrod with a thick white collar. Smell captures the beauty of the table beer, artful flavor in such a delicate mold. Honeycomb, flowers, grass, and lemon zest meet brett and light barnyard funk, wild belgian yeast and tart orange. Taste is the smell translated onto the palate, funk is very airy and full, lemon, orange and now melon rind are sneaky juicy before drying out to zest the finish, flowers and yeast carry the beer through beautifully. Feel is bright, effervescent, perfume like in funk and botanicals textures, and has a tiny kiss of tartess. Like it even better than the original!
