This is a base amber saison that was brewed with rooibos tea, aged in oak, and then blended with a bit of a blonde saison that was brewed with citrus-forward herbs

Golden amber decently carbonated clear body with a tiny white ring. Red tea herbal notes lead the nose with barrel funk, oak, and a touch of mud, very odd. Taste has huge citrus, especially grapefruit and lime with milder tea than was in the nose, tons of oak, wild yeast, and though there was no wine barrels used I still get a white vinous note in the sour finish. Feel is thin yet has plenty of diversity: tea, oak, wild yeast, and earth tones all involved. Very different but it worked for me, cerebral
