Mostly clear golden body with a white cap. Aromas of lemon curd, green apple, hay, minerals, flowers, and grains. Taste has some funk to it, grains clearly are now grounded in the corn, green apple stays strong, hay, minerals, flowers, and dry earth too. Finishes wonderfully dry allowing the funk to foster in the feel. Light, delicate and playfully tart.
