Afterthought Brewing Company

Straw gold somewhat clear body with a finger of white head. Actually easier to describe the taste first on this one tropical and citrus in a passionately sour delivery with oak, dried flowers and light minerality in the background. Now I can tell you the nose has some funk but less defined fruit and sourness, a more striking balance. Very bright, pretty sour, starts very wet but finishes decently dry. A lot going on here, very pleasant
