Murky golden body with a white cap. The driving force on this one are the barrels: gin wins out in the nose with classic AT yeast, lemon, and flowers. Taste has more wine to meet the gin, they don't bond super well but the oak bridges along with the rest of the elements of lemon, flowers, wild yeast, passion fruit and grape skins. Feel is tart, vinous and ginny (idk the word for that), oaky even more so, gentle and bright but has some vinous cutting here and there that distracts. Interesting combination that works
