Murky golden bubbly body with a finger of eggshell white foam and spotted lacing. Smell has the explosion of lemon, grapefruit and lime from the hops, with big oak, the AT house yeast, and mild funk. Taste has the hops up front too, but nothing sharp or invasive, rather is slowly integrates into the bath of oak, pomegranate, mild funk, flowers with leaves, and a hint of earth. Feel is sour oak backed with bright and elevated purpose, light funk and botanical textures emerge as it warms, very drinkable. A fun one!
