Blend of Afterthought Ale: Gin Barrel Aged and an oak-aged blonde saison that was brewed with juniper and spruce tips.

Very cloudy bright golden body, white cap, thick swirls of lacing. Smells of a base gin ba saison, with additions of juniper pine, bright wild yeast, flowers, lemon peel, slight pickle, and big oak. Taste has big juniper, gin and oak leading the whole way with supporting blonde wild yeast overripe lime, lemon zest, flowers, and slight beet. Feel is molded by the gin barrel but pine cuts in with heavier yeast. Almost too busy to be truly great, but still very good
