Blonde saison brewed with aged Simcoe hops from our friends at Lunar Brewery, aged in the honey gin barrel that previously held Bière de Pieces #27, and conditioned with Illinois honey from Curtis Orchards. Soft and floral with a touch of underlying barrel character.

Cellared 2 years. Clear yellow body with a finger of white foam that slowly dies down. Big lemon, with grapefruit, mild gin and hops combined, floral yeast and bright oak in nose. Taste adds some white grape and enhances the flowers to meet the lemon, hops are gone, honey, gin, bright oak stronger too but still in supporting role, complex and delicate. Feel is light, airy, dries out quickly, and playfully sour. A springtime beauty
