Oak barrel fermented Faible with Citra, Simcoe, and Strata. Brewed to commemorate our 400th batch, this one was straightforward with the Faible base profile matched up with Citra, Simcoe, and Strata, this fermented in one of our favorite barrels (Barrel #16). Note that we made a decent amount of this but kegged over half the batch so it's a one-per-member beer.

Cellared 2 years. Cloudy pale orange body, off-white head. Smell has basement and barrel funk with citrus, peach, and white grape finished off by grape must. Taste is much drier and simpler: funk+vinous must+hops with mild bitter but decent citrus. Feel is dry and moderately funky, some tannins and sourness creep in
