Blend of "Back in the Saddle" and a blonde saison that was re-fermented with yuzu puree. "Back in the Saddle" was the first beer I had personally brewed in a long time and utilized a good dose of Cashmere hops alongside lemon verbena, lemongrass, and lemon balm.

Cloudy bright yellow pour with a finger or so of white foam. Big yuzu and lemon, hint of acorn, grass, house culture and funk, herbal spice, and flower petals in the nose. Taste has sharp herbal hops cutting through a pleasant yuzu, lemon and lime with barrel funk, house cultured yeast, and grass. Feel is bright and playfully sour, but bitter hops and herbal and grass notes hold this one down a bit.
