Cellar almost a year, whoops. Cloudy bright yellow pour with a white head and moderate lacing. Smell is lead by the sour strawberry and kiwi, but has barnyard funk to go with nicely. Very different from the original, musty and yeasty strawberry starts, then big dry funk, and then finishing with kiwi with mild sourness. Feel is lighter and mustier, sourness is almost watery by the finish, body is thinner but smooth. More drinkable than 2020 with the sour and acidity held in check, but it is missing the barrel character
