Cloudy orangey yellow body with a pearl white head. Big bright oak, white wine, gin with citrus, light funk and decent straw in the nose. Taste is more fruit forward with huge grapefruit and mandarin orange, barrel with its various complexities shown off well, funk is fainter. Feel is sour than most afterthought saisons, less funky too, but slightly more acidic, still bright and finishes dry. A unique wild sipper

Barely foggy burnt gold with an airy off-white foam head of moderate height.

Wow, what excellent oak expression. Lightly tart with a mild funk, the oak really does steal the show here, but in such a delicate, rustic yet bright way.

This definitely deserved more recognition at FOBAB IMO.
