Mostly clear yellow appearance with a full eggshell white head. Super fruity nose: peach, nectarine, clementine, pear, red grape, with bright oak and the house wild yeast with floral tones. Taste is much the same, only here the red wine and playful funk make more of an appearance. Fruit, while lightly sour, comes across more as overripe and vivid. Feel is bright, sour but with a juicy hit to it, yeast finish dries it out a bit, light. Please do this again with the fruit!
