This one is a blend of Extra Noble and the same base beer as A Breeze Through the Rafters. This is one of the more classic saisons that we've done and should sit quite well with fans of Extra Noble and previous unfruited, neutral barrel blends like Bière de Pieces #23.

Cloudy orange body with a large eggshell white head and bands of lacing as we go down the glass. The hops and funk are bold in a lemon forward wild base. Nose is hops with grass and flowers, with yeast and big funk coming as the second wave. Feel is dry in a heartbeat, decently, funky, while staying light and delicate. Loe the funkiness, want more soured fruit to pair to take to higher level. But as is it drinks dry and pleasant
