Hoppy saison with white corn from Sugar Creek, hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin, fermented in stainless and then aged in oak.

Somewhat cloudy dirty yellow with a finger of eggshell white foam. Super fruity nose: key lime, lychee, lemon, starfruit, and grapefruit, with maybe a hint of guava all backed by bright oak. Taste is more specific yet still very intense, where nose was more panflavorful: bright oak, lyche, sour lemon, and acidic grapefruit. More acidic for series but so complex with the whirling house culture, oak, sour base and hops all making impacts. Would be amazing in the heat of summer on the porch
