Murky bright yellow body with an eggshell white head. Citrus in a sweet and sour way, bright oak with gin aftermusk, and mild floral hops dotting the wild yeast in a vibrant nose. Taste starts the palate with decent hop bitters and gin, giving a piney kiss, before wild yeast, mild barrel funk, deep bright oak, and flowers carry their giant citrus overlord, chief among them is grapefruit which carries out strong into the aftertaste with light passionfruit. Wow this is complex and delicious, and I am not wild usually about the hopped up wild saison but this is a hit! Feel is sour and acidic with mild bitters in a bright and clean body
