Pale golden yellow body, white cap settles into a collar. Huge citrus, especially orange, leading the aromas, with gentle gin, honeycomb, big flowers, big grains back by the earthy grains of paradise with wheat, wild yeast, and oak supporting. Taste is more floral and citrus centric, with the yeast and grains combining on the finish, backed by oak. Feel is bright and sour in almost a juicy way, here the earthy grains are felt more amongst the yeast and oak. Creative and artful, would recommend for spring as the flowers first bloom
