look: 4.25 | smell: 4.25 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25
Cloudy yellow body, finger of pearl white foam, spotted lacing. Big fruity hop nose with grapefruit, lemon, yuzu, and peach leading, wild yeast and mild oak supporting. Taste follows the same playbook but more complex: added fruit include kiwi and honeydew, yeast is fuller and has a kiss of barrel funk to it, oak is still gentle but has more of a rustic character. Feel is bright, sour but not really acidic, wild and yeast in the finish with a touch of bitter sharpness and oak backing.
