Magenta colored body with a pinkish head that slowly settle into a sudsy collar with globs of lacing on the glass, beautiful. Unfortunately this was the highlight of this beer. Bretty funk dominates the barrel and tart berries in both smell and especially taste. The oak character is not allowed to shine any complexity. Feel is tart and acidic before being cut down by agressive dry funk, not artful in movement on the palate.
