Cloudy burnt orange body, sudsy large cream colored head and thick lacing. Lemon and rye lead the nose with grains, minor stone fruit and the usual afterthought yeast and wild culture. Taste adds a touch of funk and dries out the stone fruit in particular. The feel is is what I keep coming back to when discussing with my compatriots splitting this bottle with me: rye adds depth and width to the already light and clean wild body, sourness is reserved and artful, really impressive. Please do more with rye!
