The job of this brewery keeps getting harder, as I keep rating their beers quite highly, and thus keep expecting them to exceed the (rather stiff) competition. However, this one does not disappoint.
A downright lovely beer. I get a lightly phenolic/clove flavor, so I think it fits the style well, but it's subtle and took a couple cans to really figure out. But the journey was the pleasure, and could almost be confused with happiness, if only for a moment.
Overall, there is no doubt that Dorcol did it again and lived up to my high expectations.
