Having had a string of delicious beers from Dorcol on the past, it seemed like a pretty sure bet to grab a foursky of this when it appeared in the grocery store cooler.
And sure enough, Dorcol once again delivers.
There's a certain thickness you get from the plentiful, chewey hops they stuffed into this beer. Plus it's got a nice aroma, hoppy, but slightly grassy with overtones of straw and hay.
Poured hazy, straw to tan, with a great head and some stringy lace.
Nothing could possibli go wrong if you pick up four of these.
