Poured from the tap into a pint glass in Munster, IN. The beer is a totally opaque bright orange. Hazy is an understatement. Looks like dark orange juice. Has an off-white head of 2 fingers.
Smell is crisp with tangerine and a bit of balancing pie crust. Sweet and sunny.
Taste is balanced and more on the juicy side. Creamy orange. Balancing bready or pie crust malt.
Overall, this is a great NE ipa. I am kind of tiring of this style, but this is refreshing and really solid flavor wise. Other sites list this as a new Zealand ipa. Not a style on this site, but I think this qualifies as a neipa/hazy. Well done
