Chill haze(?) gold with a mild white blanket leaving wavy thick ridges of lace on the glass.
The most palatable beer of our session, this Saison has a barely-there presence of apple and pear, and actually has a faint hint of tartness, but is still, like most of the other beers we had this day, totally overpowered by phenolic, clove-heavy Belgian yeast and banana esters.
The body is of medium heft with a good froth and a semi-dry, sticky finish.
