Purchased $10.99 for a 6 pack at J's in Athens.
LOOK: Pours a slightly hazed pale straw in color with an all white head. Retention is good and side glass is significant.
AROMA : Mosaic hop profile of tropical citrus, papaya, and pine nuts. Mildly tart.
TASTE: The citrus hops share the palate with its flaked oats malts. Nicely balanced IPA. There is also a hint of honey in the flavor.
Nice offering.

Surprisingly solid IPA. At a bar would not hesitate to order on draft. Mosaic is best description for this one.

12 ounce bottle - $2.79 at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Faintly hazed, pale golden body with an inch of frothy, white suds. Slight lacing.
Smell: Some muted citrus peel, peppery resins and that clear-cut Mosaic gooseberry, steel-cut herb vibe. Biscuity malts brushed thinly with a bit of wildflower honey.
Taste: Biscuity, bready maltiness with just a hint of honey, just a touch of opening sweetness. Faintly floral, resiny, a bit of waxed citrus peel. Again, it still feels like a good dose of Mosaic (a hop I am really starting to tire on) within. Medium-plus bitterness. Bittersweet, lightly malty finish with some scantly tropical, citrusy hop hints.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel.
Overall: Again, it feels like we've got Mosaic, a hop I'm sooo burned out on, it's as ubiquitous as 2-row, these days. Otherwise, I like everything else within the flavor. Contemporary malt bill with enough rustic grains, like oat, to soothe and smooth things out -- it feels really nice in the mouth.

Poured from the tap into a 20 OZ mug at the Taco Mac in Douglasville, Georgia. Brand new brewery, very nice first offering. The appearance is a clear golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is mild hops. The taste is a nicely blended summer IPA. perfect for warmer weather.
