Copenhagen 12/6 2020. 44 cl can from Kvickly, Allerød. Very detailed drawing Chris Ware-style of a giant robot and a lot of scientists in white lab-coats run-in around on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Disappears almost immediately leaving what looks like a de-carbonated Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma I medium intense with a medium strong sweet fruity odor and tart notes. Passion fruit, peach and a malty sweetness. Citric notes of lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a citric bitter undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
Decent flavored IPA where they do not overdo the flavoring and it actually suits the style well.

This beer has an identity crisis. It's marketed as an IPA with passionfruit but tastes more like a sour wheat beer, perhaps a Berliner Weisse. Smells nothing like an IPA, no perceptible hops. The passion fruit and wheat run this beer. It's not bad, but it's way off the mark as an IPA. Also, poor retention and the bubbles were big and transparent.

On tap. A bit hazy light yellow color with white head. Aroma has dank passion fruit notes and sweet wheat or biscuits. Taste is sweet and biscuity with just a hint of tartness. Passion fruit is quite obvious but well integrated. Medium minus body with medium carbonation. Quite nice one, easy drinking and fresh.
