Not sure why/how this is a brut IPA, to me it’s rather similar to a barley wine without the sweetness - a semi-dry barley wine with quite a lot of fruits in the flavor and subtle, but gut-warming booziness. This is rather a Belgian quadrupel with some lightness/driness to it - but what makes it a brut IPA? Find it out for yourself if you like.
