Copenhagen 2/7 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Tattoo-like drawing of two raspberries pierced by swords and signs saying “Màlna”. Second batch with an ABV of 5,5.
Pours opaque murky burgundy with a big pink head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong sweet fruity odor mingling with tart notes. Raspberry and white sugar. Lactose. Tart berries peeking in.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A fine not too sweet fruit cocktail.
