Copenhagen 20/5 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of a group of women in white coats, pink boots and facemask elaborating that they succeeded in manufacturing pink goo. There are a lot of ways of being mean.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet perfumed odor of tropical fruit mingling with a bit of citrus fruit and rubber. Peach and ripe mango. new rubber soles and a more subdued scent of citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry
Did I detect a light pepper burn? Pretty light and easily drinkable NEIPA. Good one from the Global Ladies and the Mad Scientist.
