Copenhagen 24/11 2020- 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Western silhouettes including a huge horse, a stumbling cowboy and a racing stagecoach on the can.
Pours slightly unclear, pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with tart and citric notes. Sweet malts, pineapple. Grape fruit and lemon. Hints of compost and soil Touch of yeast.
Light carbonation- Thin, oily, soft and almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while, Semi-dry finish.
Decent and fairly well-balanced Indian Pale Ale.
