Eclipse Brewing "Totally R.I.S."

This is the Bourbon barrel aged version of their Russian Imperial Stout. In addition to the notes found in the standard offering (please refer to my review of that beer) the Bourbon is clear, the oak is clear, and there's some vanilla from the wood as well. It rounds and smooths some of the sharper edges of the original and makes for an interesting sipper.
