This tropical Pale Ale is a refreshing blend of blood orange and grapefruit. A light body and crisp finish make this a go-to- beer all year long.

Here is a Pale Ale flavored with grapefruit and blood orange. Color is clear amber with long-lasting foam in the tall Blanche de Chambly glass. Hops are listed as Tomahawk, Citra, and Amarillo. Aroma is big orange, and it even tastes much like the 21st Amendment blood orange beer.
The fruit flavor is really quite strong, though it tastes plenty beery. The citrus gets kind of obtrusive, though, as the resiny hops take hold in the bitter aftertaste. From the 12 oz can purchased at Barons Market, which has several varieties of the Plague.
