The world of lagers is more intricate and exciting than most are familiar with. We’ve conspired with our friends at Blind Enthusiasm and experimented with lengthy lagering to push the limits of complexity. Crisp lager notes are contrasted by a burst of both experimental and noble hops to form a tropical and citrus forward lager. Keep this beer our little secret, it won’t last nearly as long as it took to make.

Poured from a 473ml can. A easy drinking lager with a nice hop bite.

Brewed in collaboration with Blind Enthusiasm.
Appearance - Pours a straw gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - floral, earthy, citrus and noble hops, grassy and biscuity malts, apple, hay aromas, and lager yeast.
Taste - bitter floral, earthy, citrus, and noble hops upront. Then goes into the grassy and biscuity malts alongside the apple and hay aromas. The earthy lager yeast rounds out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp with the hops lingering.
Overall - A pleasant easy drinking lager with some pleasant hop bite. This is a perfect compromise for those that are wanting a light brew with some hop bitterness.
