On tap at the BCO, Bryson City, NC - a nice surprise as I am into the Kolsch recently, and I do love some Hillman beer.
Looks a slightly cloudy or chill haze golden straw, with very little head in the unfortunate plastic cup (outdoor patio).
Smells quite nice, lightly floral/citrus/melon type aromas are quite inviting.
Taste follows nose- great balance and feel.
Overall - I need to go get some fresh crowlers of this at Hillman this week and enjoy it properly!
