Drinking this at Hillman Brewery located in Old Fort NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears a golden yellow with a nice foamy head and lacing that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells sweet, bready, floral, and very lightly yeasty.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice BPA that I might order again.

Enjoyed a 16 oz serving with a burger at the Asheville location on 1-21-25 for $16.
Nice looking pour, this beer had a decent fruity ester nose with a flavor that was pale malt driven with some flight fruits. Feel was heavier than normal for the style. Finish was clean. Pretty solid.

The first Hillman beer that I have not really cared for. Extremely one note, and that note is Bazooka Joe bubble gum. Hard to even finish this one.
